iiWorks provides Technical Support and Website Hosting Services for clients across the globe. Our services are provided either on a Monthly Retainer or On Demand. Our client websites are hosted in Tier 4 (Bank Grade) dedicated hosting environments in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Technical Support – Monthly Retainer

Our Monthly Retainer Technical Support Services are provided to clients where iiWorks has built and hosts their website.

The services include:

  • 24/7 external monitoring of your website uptime via our Pingdom subscription – we receive downtime notifications within 15 minutes
  • Issue assessment within 2 business hours
  • Issue resolution or restoration from back up within 4 business hours
  • Daily, weekly and monthly off-server backups – restoration within 12 hours
  • Website security patches – ongoing as required
  • CMS security upgrades – ongoing as required
  • CMS training – ongoing as required
  • Uptime Guarantee – 99.75%
  • Website bandwidth: 10 GB per month
  • Website data storage: 10 GB

Fees: $150 per month

Technical Support – On Demand

iiWorks has the Technical Resources to resolve the majority of website issues on demand

Fees: $175 per per hour
